Card 1: Sisterhood Reversed (Mermaid Oracle)
Sister, you are missing out on the fun, and the joy of bonding in community. Release the things you need, the way you want to be seen as a professional, a family member, and be who you really are. Show up unprepared and do something spontaneous with people you enjoy. What would a mermaid do? Let go of the need to explain yourself, the need to know what you are talking about and start laughing, dancing and going out more. Or invite people over for a casual hangout and don’t worry about the mess. Either get together with someone new or reconnect with people from your past. You’ve been telling yourself you need to do this alone, or that others are snubbing you, but they are not. They are there, although you may need to communicate to them differently about what you really need– to get together asap to chill out with them!
Card 2: Listening Reversed (The Enchanted Map Oracle)
There’s a deep wise force inside of you like an elephant, connected to your basest desires and your highest aspirations and potential. Rawr, hear it, and allow it to come out of you to be heard by others. It doesn’t need to be perfect– you are fabulous with your scars, wounds, and wrinkles, who cares because through it all you’ve obtained knowledge, and faith in yourself. You’ve proven yourself to be pure gold. Act like and listen to yourself, stop questioning what you need to do when your intuition and imagination keeps repeating the same things at the back of your mine. It’s like a song stuck in your head. Who cares if it seems irrelevant or off topic or “unproductive” because when you turn your listening into action–everything will go more easily and smoothly. Can you hear the music, yet?
Card 3: 10 of Swords (Mythic Tarot)
Stop the drama. The civilized, just and wise Goddess Athena is present in your life and she invites you to let go of righteous anger– a force that will make you miserable in exchange for feeling like you are right. Let it go. Let it go, accept that you see things differently. What is the cost of holding onto this issue that keeps bothering you–your happiness, your productivity, your wealth, your joy, your relationships? Seriously, is it worth it? Because this card is saying that it’s not. Step away from the problem–there’s a lot of space for you to move in but your ego is focused only on the battle. Say good bye to drama or experience more of the same old funk. Embrace new alternatives, and yes, you may have to make a big compromise just to get this off your plate and put to rest so you can move on to new thoughts. Happy thoughts!

Wow! Today’s readings are coming out a bit more forceful than usual–perhaps that’s why I was inspired to cover the deck with the softness of flowers. It balances the message.
