Did you feel that? Something shifted. And when you felt the shift something changed inside of you. You suddenly knew that whatever it was you were doing, you no longer wanted to do it—or at least, not how you’re doing it now.

During this live event you’ll have an opportunity to learn the side-effects of this shift and how to access the unique-to-you knowledge you need to take guided action steps to affect it.

I’ll also be open to talking about writing, publishing, and marketing books.” ~ Jamie Saloff

SW-336x280When the going gets tough, and you feel tired, how do you keep going?

It’s an important thing to think about because sooner or later it hits all of us hardworkin ladies.

We have to dig deep to find the reason why it’s worth continuing otherwise it’s easy to give up. That or take never ending naps or become a weepy mess.

I’ll admit I know this from experience!

Being a highly sensitive woman, I get exhausted after long intense work days especially when meeting lots of people.

Case in point is this week–I’m at a conference. I’ve spent about at least 30 hours in the last three days networking, learning, listening, filing out exercises, and trying to be feeling my best to take everything in!

I’m actually staying up late right now to get this post to you because it’s very important to me to share my WHY.

Why? WHY? Why do this at all? Why continue? Why try?

This is what I ask myself when I feel low. When I feel tired, drained and out of control, which often happens when I am so exhausted and yes–overworked.

In this video I provide myself as an example, and I demonstrate how you can use this powerful tool to reconnect with the energy you need to accomplish the things that are really important to you.

This will allow you to keep going even if it’s hard and even if you are tired. Much love MWAH!

You can visit SacredArmor.com for additional tools for sensitive women to overcome the struggles of overwhelm, drain, and difficulty sharing who you are.

Express yourself fully as a strong independent woman who knows what she wants, who she is, and can ask for what she needs.

What: Sacred Armor: Creating Better Boundaries for Sensitive Women is an online live course run over 6 weeks in a friendly group. The lessons are in short videos that can be integrated in to a busy schedule, with two live Q&A calls, access to a private group forum, and four different bonuses.

SW-120x240

Where: Prelaunch materials and course information will be posted through sacredarmor.com Each partner will have a special link to track and get credit for their promotions.

Why: Sensitive Women have different problems from men, they tend to juggle many things and they often lack of the company of other sensitive women who understand their problems. When sensitive caring women can find their power and voice, the world will be a better place for everyone.

How: Sofia Wren has always been sensitive. After her mother passed at age three, Sofia was highly sensitive to how difficult it was for her widower father to cope yet alone take care of her problems, and she learned to take care of things on her own and be independent for his benefit. Later she began to shrink due to her high sensitiveity to criticism from peers in middle school, and the brashness of her stepmother’s words.

Many people consider sensitivity to be “childish.” Sofia always thought she would grow out of being so sensitive, afraid and anxious, so she was a hardworking teen. However, upon graduating college with a Political Science degree she realized she just didn’t have what it took to survive in that career field. To help people she next volunteered in Americorps as a middle school in class tutor and broke down crying at work from the combination of work and personal life stresses.

SW-468x60

After a ten year period of hiding her real personality and desires, Sofia grew back in touch with her creativity and through that the real dreams she had never allowed for herself. She studied under a number of teachers and gained many certifications in healing work such as a License in Massage Therapy, Mastery in Reiki, Six Sensory Certification under Sonia Choquette, and is a Certified Ethical Intuitive Consultant tested accurate by Flora Peterson.

Sofia now realizes her empathy is a gift not a curse, and has refined the ability to intuitively rely insight and information to help her clients find healing, success, and positive ways to move through life.

The tools contained in the Sacred Armor class have changed Sofia Wren’s life by allowing her the freedom to be herself and release the desire to please everyone else but herself. Soon after learning these techniques Sofia sang on stage in front of 250 people, has given testimony in the Maryland Legislature about her personal painful story with an IUD insertion, and has been able to use criticism of her novel draft to make the story better rather than give up. Sofia Wren can speak from personal experience about the benefits of this course and the techniques.

FAQS

What do you want me to do?

Share some information about the course and the special link that tracks who signs up through you. That’s it!

What if I don’t have a website or email list?

That’s ok! If you don’t have a blog or an email list to share with, you could send a few emails to some special people you think would like the course. You could also post on facebook and twitter! You can even share through word of mouth. Really, I appreciate any sharing you could do.

What if I don’t have much time?

You have no obligation to share a certain amount, it’s up to you. So if you only have time to shoot a few facebook posts or emails, that’s your thing. Again I really appreciate the thought.

I’ll send you some facebook and twitter posts and sample emails as well.

What if I don’t really know you and I’m not sure?

I have a lot of blogposts on here you can check out. Also my Youtube videos are very transparent as to what I am about so you can see those too.  I have a lot of success stories here.

You can also wait to see and consider promoting the class in September. 🙂

What if this isn’t going to mesh with my audience or network?

I understand. Could you let me know the name of someone you know who I should connect with instead? Or another promotional opportunity? That’d be really nice.

VisionBoard

Sensitive and Creative women tend to burn out and get overwhelmed fast. So many ideas, things to do and not enough time to do them.

Sometimes we need to step back, get back to our passion and then everything starts to get easier and make more sense.

This is something I especially help my clients with, so let me know if you need help, but in the meantime, check out this video!

A vision board is classic for finding focus and inspiration, but if you don’t plan them right, they outlive their usefulness.

And unlike most vision boards which get old and stale and mess up your favorite photos, I have a system to reuse your best art, photos and keep them in sync with where you are in your life.

I first heard about Vision Boards in a Dale Carnegie class over ten years ago. I learned that it helped salespeople to sell more to see pictures of things they wanted money for.

Personally I’m more inspired by intangible things–except maybe a really shiny dress or two…

This inspirational and motivational tool will not only help you focus and reconnect with the big picture (those little details are what get you nutty! remember that forest), but will also grow with you.

Don’t you hate making something awesome and then part of it gets old and the good stuff is glued on there with the old crap? Gah.

Well no more!! I finally figured out the answer to Vision Boards that can last for years and years 🙂

Remind yourself of those long term dreams. Let them stay with you, but make it super easy to update with a new focus when you are ready by learning Sofia Wren’s full method–all in this video!

Watch it now.

AND THERE ARE BLOOPERS AT THE END.

…can you tell I’m really excited?

Sofia Wren is a writer, Certified Ethical Intuitive Consultant, Teacher, and Divine Sensitive Empowerment Coach. She works with highly sensitive and caring women struggling with overwhelm, drain, people-pleasing, and uncertainty, to find greater happiness, connection, focus, and joy by clarifying who they are, what they want, and asking for what they need.

If you are a caring sensitive woman, chances are you are burning low on energy.

There doesn’t seem to be enough time to do everything you need to do–for other people, your job, to maintain your home, oh the list never ends.

And even if there were, you just don’t have the energy! By the evening you might be so drained by the work of the day that you can barely move or relax. And it’s depressing how much there is still to do.

You most certainly don’t have time or energy for your passions, or even to arrange plans and appointments for your own needs.

What needs? We all need to make choices to tend to our inner flame, as Debbie Ford says.

I love this analogy. If you attended the Awakening Event on May 1st, then you know that I love cauldrons and fire! I often talk to my clients about their “Wood” or resources like sleep, good food, rest, alone time, as a necessary ingredient to light their “Fire” or the passion and energy that propels everything they do.

I think you will like this super short video and quote from Debbie Ford’s The Right Questions. Enjoy below.

And be sure to sign up for the next live event for more insight and tools for sensitive women struggling with overwhelm, drain and juggling way too much, who seek calm, relaxation and happiness as strong independent women who know what they want and can ask for it. Step into your power and sign up for the next free show (every First Thursday at 8 PM EST with replay) at https://sofiawren.com/live

SofiaWrenrose Do you wish you could wake up one day and see a change in your life?

Break out of the stuck and heavy everyday and step into a life of softness and beauty with a touch of the divine. May 1st is a very special day for creating change !!

I love this picture: it’s from a bouquet of roses I bought for myself recently.

What if reflecting on your life could be like smelling a bouquet of roses? The freshness, the fullness, that touch of something extra.

I’m doing something different for the First Thursday of May, I’m having a special event (and replay).

We will be talking about awakening — the special moment where a woman can change everything that has happened before in a single moment and step into something new.sofiawrenreading1.13

If you want to know more, I suggest you sign up for the event here! Then you’ll get an email reminder and access to the replay.

(This month I will not be on facebook for First Thursday–hence the doing something different. I will be speaking in a special private space only available to my friends who sign up.)

See you soon!

Do you worry that you need to find what you are or who you are? And that to do this you need to label yourself?

If you think you have to fit into a box, find your true spirituality and name it officially–well you don’t.

I know what it’s like to want to fit in or be accepted but you might limit yourself in the future by trying to fit within a label including a certain movement, or religion.

Over the years many of us are drawn to different things, and our practices and beliefs and intentions and interests will all evolve with us.

Deciding you fit into this box or that will create an internal resistance to change.

Unfortunately fitting people into boxes is another way some people may dismiss you for you beliefs–which is probably what you didn’t want to happen.

In this video I talk about my struggles with identifying my personal brand of spirituality, and how I struggled with various names like “witch” growing up and into my twenties.

I talk about the struggle to reclaim “witch” after being called it as a name, and why I feel like there is more to life now that I’ve “come out” as a witch with my story “How I Became a Witch and a Writer” in 2012. It’s sort of funny, but once you let the cat out of the bag sometimes the label isn’t so important any more!

I talk about the difference between getting excited by a label or title or idea, and identifying with it to the point that you feel it describes everything you are. Honestly, I much prefer just to describe myself as spiritual (although I will admit I do love witches and mermaids and other awesome things…)

See Your Heart’s Desire Ripple Into Reality

sofiawrenspeakyourheart

I have something to share that is really important to me: from my heart to yours.

This video : See Your Heart’s Desire Ripple in the World” will help you

* Reduce the weight of negative thoughts and fears
* Connect to your heart and it’s way forward

This is a deep discussion.

If you’d like to take it deeper I explain how you can do that at the end of the video and how you can apply for one of 3 free “Speak Your Heart Sessions.” But you have to apply before Tuesday 4/16 at Noon EST for us to connect.

I’m sending this early because next week I’m flying to Colorado to work on my nonprofit project the MJ4PMS Campaign. I’m so excited! Everything is lining up for me.

I’ll be really busy until May, but I think you need this now. We all do.

The world needs you to follow your heart. This video will inspire you to use every resource at your fingertips to do so– and benefit the world.

You — as sensitive and caring as you are– are a necessary part of the evolution of our world. Your heart knows the way.

SofiaWren2013 (40 of 41) Have you been struggling with procrastination to take the next step towards something close to your heart?

Writing a book, building a business, even getting out to do something fun and new require more of us than other tasks.

They require us to take small steps for our own sake–our own desire, and so they are often the hardest things to do.

Why do we get so stuck?

The true root of procrastination is fear of rejection–of not doing a good enough job, of not being enough for other people to approve and accept us.

This topic was a big theme in last month’s Live Intuitive Event which focused on Prosperity. My audience was filled with people desiring to change careers, put out a new offer for their business, and so many people were struggling with procrastination. The sound recording during the live event wasn’t great, so I made a new video to highlight this important message.

If you struggle with procrastination, I invite you to watch the video I made summing up my insights on curing procrastination at the root.

Some quick tips if you are in a hurry:

1. Forgive yourself

The energy of forgiveness is powerful, and we crave forgiveness for being just where we are now. If we can’t accept that, if we beat ourselves up or regret our inaction, that makes it even harder to face the tasks we must face to move forward. Try this over a few days anytime you start thinking negatively. While you are at it, forgive others and the Universe for not making it easier.

2. Set a timer

For tasks that involve a lot of work, thinking or writing, try this. Once you sit your butt down, start small with a half an hour on the timer. Take a break and then maybe try another. If you break up a massive task into smaller bites, it will be easier to fit into your schedule and get started.

For more tips on curing procrastination at the root, watch this video:
