Mermaids feel good. Mermaids create beautiful things. Mermaids are beautiful.
Mermaids shine and they don’t wait for permission to do it.
They just do it and fully embrace who they are what they are here to do in the world.
It is not about perfection. Or always being lit up.
It is about navigating the waters of life and moving in the direction of yourself.
Every f@*king day.
I CHOOSE MERMAID
Ever feel this?
I want to make my life a work of art.
It is the way life ought to feel all the time.
Sometimes it does take some effort to get there…
Many trials and errors later.
But I do believe we can always get better at any craft.
It does help to practice…
For me right now practice means breathing in and reminding myself to listen to whatever I need to hear.
Inside of myself.
Or beyond.
And then when I grasp some clarity on what is going on, I breathe, act and remind myself of where I like to be better.
A place of better feeling, a place of art.
And I go about my business…
The thing is the art comes and goes.
So I repeat.
Each exhalation leads to another breath in.
But I know I am art:
It doesn’t matter what is going on, I can be beautiful within.
(In the rubble, I sing.)
Let me repeat, I will sing and be lined up with the way I have always felt on a good day.
Or better.
Those moments are available to me.
Even when it’s a bad day. It is no matter.
With the spirit of a champion rising.
But it can be more like the life of a mermaid.
Consciousness connected to the waves and the moon.
Inside my life, I am open to gorgeousness erupting as easily as exhaling.
All colors and shades welcome.
As long as the paint vibes mix to make something beyond the present moment.
Awaken something intense.

Once upon a time, I was a little mermaid, feeling lost and wondering what to do.
I had a college degree that I worked many years for but I still didn’t know where I was going or what I was going to do.
I attended a class, where–lo and behold–I was given the best advice of my life.
Someone told me that everyone tends to make goals about what they want to do and what they want to have.
But they only do that because one day all that having and doing will mean they get to become the person that they want to BE.
That’s the one thing that had alluded me–I had set goals the way I thought I was supposed to:
-to earn certain grades
-to get into a good school
-to get a good job with that degree
But by the time I got to the end I felt like something was missing.
I was unsatisfied.
Why?
Nothing was really helping me be the kind of person I wanted to be–
it was all leading me to have to conform and fit into the mold of someone else entirely.
I was doing what I thought I was supposed to, to have the things I thought I needed.
But I never thought about that last element–the part about who I want to be.
But the man told us, whatever it is you are trying to do, have or be, there is an easier way to get there.
You can flip the script and you can focus on what you want to BE first.
And I’m thinking, “Okay, but who do I even want to be, though…?”
He said when you focus on the BEING, you naturally will do the things and have the things that a person like that does.
So you should always identify who you want to be first and focus on becoming that as quickly as possible.
Then everything else will be easier.
And you don’t have to be who you are “supposed to be” or who people expect.
You have full permission to get as wild and crazy as you really want to be when it comes to imagining the person you are ready to step into BEING…
Right.
Now.
So after I heard him speak, I remembered it for many years.
Slowly, I began to clarify that question of, “Who do I want to be? If who I am isn’t what I do or what I have, what does that even mean?”
Gradually…slowly…I came to an answer of my own:
A Psychic Mermaid Creatrix.
What’s that?
Those are the words I have found to describe the state I want to be in:
Being in the water.
At one with nature.
At peace with myself.
Knowing that this second, around the world, there are people are enjoying my work:
my words, my videos, my thoughts, my songs, my books, my work, my creations, my energy.
It is desired. It is understood. It is spot on.
I am tapped in.
I know how to help people and do it in a way that helps me, too.
I’ve got money I need to make this dream reality possible–including time off to totally unwind.
Everything I desire is right here.
Through the power of this idea of who I wanted to be, I realized there was a gap to cross.
Part of it was retraining my mind about what was allowed, possible, and good.
I began understanding that Joy can be a win-win.
That it’s possible to live in a reality where the things that light you up result in helping other people.
It doesn’t always have to be a cycle of endless suffering, giving to other people in a way where you end up losing.
The point of being a creator, a healer, a light in the world–is to ADD, not to subtract from yourself so that other people can have more of what you have.
Pursue the things that make you feel in alignment with who you really want to be and you can actually make MORE joy, more money, more good art, more…
And finally heal the wounds everyone has been living with for centuries trying to give in lose-win ways.
Stop just stop.
Build JOY currency– the win-win model.
And stop living your life based on traditional currency, where in order for someone to win, someone else has to lose.
The experience of finding my true goal of who I want to be–
and tapping into this more, making changes, and using tools to basically channel the mermaid energy that is so full of joy, and that MORE…
I want to say it changed my life, but that would imply that I am done.
I am a work in progress. I am continually recreating myself day by day.
I am doing the work.
But it’s a lot easier because of this high vibration that I am being connected to on a daily basis now that the Psychic Mermaid Creatrix course has launched.

Capturing my voice took time.
I tried to sing and my throat closed.
I was very embarrassed. Everyone could see and hear how fear was holding me back.
There were people I wanted to impress.
I hated how my voice sounded–bad. I vowed to get better–I can sing when no one is watching and I wanted to be able to sing as well in front of other people as I can in my car alone.
So I got support.
I learned tools.
I kept going but most importantly:
I decided to listen to that weird little voice that said to take time out of my day for myself.
One day I did something that felt good: I took a class in acupressure which seemed really interesting.
On the way home I began tapping my body on the points and exploring my singing and making up new ways to heal my fears.
The very next day, at a writing event, I got up and grabbed a microphone because I just had an urge to sing.
It was a weird idea.
I didn’t know what I was doing. I made it up on the spot.
The leader of the event stopped everyone at stared at me.
From the stage, she told me to look around at the room and see all the people crying. I’d moved them.
She asked me to sing again.
The next day and a half of the event people came up to me and told me how that song touched them.
It opened their heart, reminded me of deep experiences they had, healed something for them.

Spirit takes me like a holy wave, an orgasmic possession of pleasure and ecstatic force.

🔮🔮🔮🔮Try meditating in the energy you want to spread online. I truly believe it makes a difference and the energy you build will guide all of your content creation!
