Layer 6: A quick aha moment

What I realized a few weeks ago is a game changer.

I realized that IMPATIENCE with myself or my life, my writing or my business…

Is a sign of DISRESPECT to myself.

Yes, it is a sign of disrespect.

I do my best to be patient with others, but with myself?

Not as much. That’s where my inner mean girl comes out.

She says everything is not happening fast enough.

And it’s just plain disrespectful to me.

Making this connection really woke me up recently, especially when it felt like I had to perform for outside forces.

I always have a lot of projects going and some things had gone on the backburner for a while.

My inner critic had totally judged that as too slow or not enough.

I realized taking off that pressure and focusing on it as a process was really going to help long term–both for my emotional health and also for the projects.

So now I am offering it to you in case it helps:

patience with yourself is a form of respect that you do deserve no matter what.

Maybe it is taking exactly the time that it takes and anyone who says something different just does not understand–

since they aren’t you and they don’t know all the things.

BAM.

Take that inner critics.

As I said in my last email, working on your writing for your business or book is a process, as well as getting clear on what to say.

IT IS A PROCESS.

And when you focus on it being a process, it frees you up to discover what is next for you in a more authentic way.

In a way that flows, that is organic, that feels like art of pleasure or something that you may not have been allowing yourself.

You can make decisions that you will be happy about later because you got the information or processing time necessary.

And hello–enjoy the ride!! Remember that concept?

When people focus on the product (the end result of success, or clients, or being viral, or sales, or a book bestseller or a completed website)

that means you can eliminate things that seem like ‘distractions’…

When they aren’t distractions at all!

What if that distraction you might cut out was your inner genius and your inner mermaid (same thing) telling you exactly what to do?

What if while you were out taking a walk because you just felt like it, you had a brilliant idea?

What if while in the bath you healed a million childhood wounds and completely changed your life and now you don’t need to do the damn thing anymore at all?

What if you go to a retreat and meet someone that 5 years later gives you a job that shows you what you are really meant to do?

I have all of these experiences so I know that listening to your intuition is important.

I know that going slow enough is cool–and ultimately can be faster since you avoid racing in the wrong direction.

I know that enjoying the process is KEY.

Because life is not all about work or production, it is also about LIFE.

Because when you stop and just focus on exploding and being done, you really miss out on something.

You miss out on self respect, and self love and alllllllllllllllll the good that results in.

I promise when you are feeling those kind of vibes, it will radiate off you and into everything you do to communicate about your business or mission.

It will get built into the words in your book.

You’ll market yourself in a way that gets a different kind of attention.

It will spread like an auric field or an avalanche of lilac-infused aromas, and people around you will appreciate it.

It’s going to have good results when it comes to helping others and connecting to the people you are here to serve.

Because obviously, you can’t help anyone if you can’t help yourself first.

What is it that you are really needing? And how can you pursue that?

Are you willing to give yourself permission to receive whatever it is you need to thrive,

knowing that you will be clearer and more energized to do whatever you need to do from that fulfilled place?

Starting a Business & What I did not expect

Getting into business helped me overcome a lot of challenges and I did not expect that.

I only started a business because I wanted a job that would allow me to both help people, and travel.

I liked the idea of being my own boss and having control of my schedule.

If I needed to go to the doctors or post office, I always could if I were my own boss.

If I wanted to stop work and nap or lay down, I could.

My nine to five really drained me and then I had no energy to have a life. I also wanted to be creative in my job.

Flash forward ten years and here I am a professional writer.

I helps entrepreneurs and others to write so they can connect to the people they are here to serve. I love working with small business owners who are just getting started or are venturing into new territory.

I know those important steps like making a bio or service description on your website, or getting your email freebies set up are so important.

And there will be a lot of growth along the way if you have been working your business for a while, too–

This is about you embracing your voice.

You making a difference.

You becoming the person you were born to be.

And your fans and clients are waiting for you!

Do not be afraid to take the next step. Feel into your heart and breathe.

That is the message for you xo

Layer 6: To be viral and Speedy? Or not

Story time: I’ve never really enjoyed things that take a long time to happen.

I loved running–no, sorry, ‘walking’ as fast as possible but not quite running–down the hallways of middle school.

Then I would plunk in my chair and read as fast as I could so I could get to the end.

When the teacher began class, I’d close the book and tilt it to assess what percentage I had read, how close I was to the end.

I wanted to GET THERE.

These days there are so many opportunities to go viral–to explode and for it to be FAST.

I understand the appeal for that.

Instant success, career support, influence to change the world.

Being a bestseller. Huge crowds. Being on talk shows.

Wow. Wouldn’t that be amazing?

And it does happen…

But the thing is that when people are in a hurry, they miss things.

I know because I did. One day I was hustling along in my life and then I looked up and realized, I’d sped-walked my way totally in the wrong direction.

I didn’t take things through all the layers I’ve shared with you.

I didn’t come back to center and ask what I really wanted enough times to understand my priorities.

One day I realized I had adopted priorities that were not mine–I’d acted as if success in my career was all that mattered and once I was successful then I would be ‘enough’.

To prioritize all that, I’d learned to ignore major feelings I had and participated in invalidating myself.

When I realized it, I saw I’d put all this work and effort in for years, going in a direction I didn’t like anymore.

I was unhappy, and I didn’t even know who I was or what I really wanted.

I’d missed a lot of things in favor of working…

Was it worth it? No, but I did learn in the end.

I learned to slow down enough to check in with myself.

Believe me, I still whiz around a LOT but I work really hard to take that time to reconnect.

Because my inner world is just as important as the outside world, if not 10x more. That is where my inner genius is.

The truth is that things are changing all the time.

That when my priorities are different than how I was taught, I tend to forget and backslide.

I have to be careful not to get too far ahead of myself in thinking about where I am headed.

Because things inside and out change all the time, this is a process of taking one step at a time!

God, that is boring.

I just wanted to zip to going viral, having it all made.

But what if I went viral and I wasn’t ready?

What if I got under a huge public eye and wanted to change and then felt all this pressure to stay the same?

What if I got there and felt just as empty as I had before? Because it didn’t really address what I wanted deep down, all along?

What if what I wanted, for instance, was to be accepted and there I went putting myself on a pedestal so it was hard for anyone to relate to me and connect the way deep down I truly wanted?

I could really see that happening.

My solution? I have to remember that this is a process.

I have to take the steps to remain connected to myself to go the right direction.

And I have to do this even though it is so easy for me to think of this as a ‘distraction’ from speeding along.

IT IS SO HARD TO REMEMBER.

Oof! How many times does the universe need to smack me in the head to help me remember not to rush and rush and rush towards a goal?

And breathe. And be patient.

But remember:

It’s possible to go viral for the wrong reason.

It’s possible to get known for something when you aren’t really ready.

When you don’t have the clarity yet–and you could push yourself to go quickly and then end up regretting not spending a little more time on things.

If success has not happened yet, maybe it is for a reason.

Maybe you could still aim towards your goal but focus on enjoying the process as much as you can.

You will clarify what you need every step of the way.

I know this might seem counter to what I said last week about ‘the push’ and how sometimes you just need to take a leap–

But that is because in some situations taking leaps, while knowing they are going to be imperfect and a little too ‘early’…

Can be good.

And the goal and intention is not to go viral.

It’s because leaping can be part of the process of realizing if you are on track or not, getting feedback from how you feel about things and dipping a toe in.

Step by step.

Take a step, then you can see if you want to keep going that way. It could be exactly what you need to do to find clarity.

I’m assuming you’ll probably change your mind after doing it because you get clear you want to do it a little differently, maybe.

And it is a part of the process.

Where are you being impatient with your process?

Where are you telling yourself you need to go faster?

Where can you insert some space to reconnect to yourself, your needs and your priorities?

Take it as your challenge this week!!

What Happened to the Blood Witch series?

What happened to the Blood Witch series?

I have been working on this fiction series for a few years.

It has magic and romance and danger as a girl tries to protect her family farm from enemies as she learns to control her powers.

Last year I took a break from it because my dad had cancer.

Now I am gearing up to get back into writing.

I have decided to focus on this as a process of listening to myself and my intuition, and to have fun with the writing.

Not to achieve a big goal like being a bestseller or being perfect.

I got really down a rabbit hole with outlining and trying to make it the best–and I need to let go of some of that so I can loosen up and just write.

My speciality is really writing from life, memoir and copywriting for business. (I teach that kind of writing and do it for my clients. )

So this is very different from what I feel I have mastered as a writer and I am learning how I work best.

The Blood Witch series definitely still has my attention. Just so you know.

And there you go! There is your update! Stay tuned for more.

Layer 5: Avoid the crickets…

Exciting announcement at the end of this post!

But first–have you ever experienced crickets when you went to share something?

A lack luster response?

No response?

I have been there, and today we are going to talk about something that is going to really help you whip up your audience, i.e. your people,

into a high level of excitement around what you are doing and writing.

It could be a book or it could be for your business, either way, I want people to be super-stoked to get their hands on what you have to offer!

To me–this is what writing is really all about, making a connection and reaching the people.

Who, now?

THE PEOPLE

The people who get you,

who need what you have to say,

who were born on this planet to interact with you

–somehow, someway…

but you have to take the actions.

So what happens when you do the work, you go to make that move to share and nothing very fulfilling happens?

What’s happening there?

Well, it could be that your writing vision is unclear, or you didn’t have a good sense of your audience so people do not understand what you are saying…

Possibly…

Or it could be that you are missing this part of the puzzle–you need to let people know earlier that it is coming.

If there is anything I have learned in my 10 years in business, and 20 years publishing my writing online, it is this:

telling people about your ideas as early as possible will build more support and excitement.

Whether you are putting out a book one day

Launching a course to come,

Or advertising a service

You have to let people know you are working on it

THE EARLIER THE BETTER.

People need some time to warm up to an idea.

It is nice to let them know well in advance that something is coming, because then if they are only paying half attention they will still get the significance of your announcement.

The course.

The book.

The program.

If you mention it enough, clearly enough, to enough people, enough times, then by the time your work or writing is ready, someone will see it coming and already BE excited.

You don’t have to feel ready to start telling people about your book or business project.

A way to do this is simply to share the process as it unfolds, rather than waiting until you have a perfect, amazing, 100% done thing.

Ways to word it when it is not done:

Something is coming,

You are thinking about doing something,

You are exploring an idea–

The people I serve tend to resist this.

I believe it is because they want to protect themselves…

They do not want to make a mistake along the way.

It was hard for me, too.

I get it. If this is you, I see you.

It is okay to be cautious.

But there is a problem with this because it makes you noncommitta

Also, you aren’t letting anyone support you until you are ‘perfect’.

That would imply you aren’t good enough right now, when you probably ARE already pretty awesome.

You probably deep down are kind of a genius.

And this idea of yours could have a lot of potential.

So I’ll keep urging you to explore this resistance around sharing before you are ready.

Maybe you do not want to commit to your idea.

Do you feel like you need to be 100% clear, sure and committed or DONE in order to announce your project is coming?

People do not like to announce things before they are ready or before they are certain.

Makes sense.

You could change your mind.

Or want to wait until another time.

Or even want to ditch the project all together.

Or it could flop and then if you do not announce it, no one needs to know!

The problem is that if you wait until everything is ready, then people will not know that it is coming.

You will be really certain and excited and ready for them, but they will not be ready for you.

That could be tragically disappointing and discouraging.

I have had clients who stopped writing or pursuing a dream for a very long time due to a lack of response.

In addition to missing an opportunity to be supported, you could miss something else.

There is a lot of information you could gain from sharing early.

Sharing will get you putting things into words for an audience, getting feedback and even improving your writing.

I know it’s still uncomfortable.

In order to get to the point where you can even EMBRACE the idea of possibly telling someone about anything you are writing or about to offer,

‘before it is ready’,

and take advantage of the huge opportunity of starting early,

You need to drill into this concept:

You are allowed to change your mind.

You are allowed to improve an idea and change it completely.

You can announce to the world–

Hey, I’m working on a book!

Hey, I’m writing a speech!

Hey, I’m thinking of starting a podcast!

Hey, I have ideas for my upcoming course!

And then you can go back and be like–never mind.

I have changed my priorities!

I have altered the timeline!

I have found something else to do instead!

Are you afraid that would look foolish?

If you change your mind, it doesn’t necessarily look foolish

To me, it looks confident:

Someone who believes in themselves and what is right for them.

If you start sharing about in an imperfect fashion,

you will learn more along the way AND

you will gather more interested folks.

Time really is your friend, because not everyone will catch on right away.

By the time you are feeling ready to publish, share or open your course up for sale, you want everyone to be really excited about it.

That is the time when you want to feel a really big crowd around you!!

But it can take time for people to get excited, so that’s why it is good to start early.

Do you feel you need to be certain or right?

If that holds you back from sharing early, know that it is okay to change your mind.

Changing your mind can be really smart.

This is what happens when you set a goal (like badasses do) but then you gather new information (like smart people do).

It’s only natural to make adjustments in your goals based on new information.

And sometimes you can only gain new information by putting forward an initial target.

It’s like having an experiment and making a hypothesis—no one in science class cares if your hypothesis was right

The point is just to start somewhere and then gather information so you learn something.

YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR MIND.

JUST GO TELL THE PEOPLE!

I recommend this approach because it also means you don’t stay undecided forever!

You leap, and correct.

And the best part is that lots of people will still love you and support whatever you end up doing.

Even if you change your mind.

That’s because you let them into your process, and now they are part of it with you!

Yayyy for feeling connected and loved. <3

And now:

Is there a way you can let your people know what you are thinking up and dreaming up?

(Think small! A sentence or a little snippet of something can be a great start!)

If your plans have changed since you shared something in the past, can you give your people an update on what’s going on with you now?

If you have been interested in going deeper into this 7 layer series or curious about it, the workshops are now open for registration!

It will take each layer deeper and help you tap into your inner genius.

Sharing my Voice

These were people I wanted to impress. I hated how bad my voice sounded.

I vowed to get better–I wanted to be able to sing as well in front of other people as I could alone.

I got teachers for my singing craft, writing, business and techniques to get out of fear, tap into my spiritual power and to channel the inspiration of my inner genius.

I got to the root of something really deep one day and shortly after sang to an audience of 120 with something I improvised on the spot.

It was at a conference for writing. After I sang, the leader of the event stopped everyone, and told me to look around.

She said people were crying because I’d moved them.

She asked me to sing again.

The next day and a half of the event people came up to me and told me how that song touched them.

It opened their heart, reminded them of deep experiences they had, healed something for them.

Getting there was hard but worth it and I did not get there alone.

Similarly, writing for your business or book is something you can achieve.

If you know that you have the potential to do something MORE but:

-it’s not coming together how you want it

-you don’t have the ability to write to your standards

-you are scared to share it

I can help.

Connect to what you have to share so the people who need it can hear it!!

I have 1 on 1 services as well as group courses to help you get your message into words and out into the world so the people who need it get it. Today those range from $240-3400.

I have been getting busier so there is limited space in my calendar for new clients! Contact me if you want help.

Layer 4: egads the push

The other day I spoke about uncertainty and how to face it when trying to write for your business or book.

I basically gave you a permission slip to ignore the tiny voice in your head that says:

you are behind and need to make twenty billion decisions this second so that you can move forward in a certain and sure way.

No.

Breathe because sometimes you need to let a few things ‘fall in the cracks’–

elegantly so, in a way where you have a way to remind yourself to revisit it–

And stop thinking about it until it’s really time for it.

BUT SOMETIMES WE ALL NEED A LITTLE PUSH.

What if you wait forever to do or write something because they you want to be sure it is the right thing,

And then you are never certain?

What if that sure-fire plan or idea you are waiting for is never going to come?

This is one of those moments where I have to say there isn’t a single solution to apply to every situation.

Sending you love!

Man life is sure complicated, huh?

It is an individual thing dependent on the situation, and I can’t write one email to address it all

That’s where 1:1 support like my live group sessions and voxer support can really help you figure out:

Do you need to wait on writing until you are clearer in your mind, or should you give yourself a little push out of the nest?

Signs up for that kind of support are going to be coming soon!!

But…..

what I want to get across is that everything does not necessarily need to be perfect before you can move forward.

Sometimes you are hanging on the edge about something and that hanging energy is holding you back.

And in that moment you just need to decide.

You decide that you are going to move the energy yourself.

It WILL move forward, you decide. “I’m going to make it happen.”

As you take imperfect action, the ideas and clarity will meet you along the way.

Writing is kinda like that sometimes. Not all the time, but sometimes.

Sometimes inspiration is like a noncommittal friend.

They cannot tell you if they want to hang out or not,

but who as soon as you make your own decision and announce,

“Tonight I’m all about tacos, do you want to meet me there?”

They hear that and they are there with bells on.

In those cases here is the deal:

A lot of the time, you can take what you know, and start doing things.

Make a best guess as to what to do next.

For instance, if you know you want to write to cat-owners but you don’t know exactly what to say:

-Maybe you could just sit down and brainstorm some things that they might care about.

-Maybe you could do a google search or look on youtube and see what cat loving people are talking about.

-Maybe you could go have some conversations with real life people who own cats.

That experience of doing any one of those things could open you up to write–

in a way that sitting around or idly thinking about the situation never will.

People so often want to find solutions by thinking and not acting.

Sometimes you need to take a step and let that take you through to the next step.

The clarity will meet you there.

To attempt to jump without certainty, you have to be edgy and dare to fly without a net.

Which is why you always have to start with love and acceptance of your right timing, and not judge how much time something is taking.

That creates an inner form of safety.

Once you have that, the next part is easier.

You can be courageous and trust that there is something to catch you on the other side.

Some foolishness or mistake on your part isn’t going to send the whole operation falling on top of you like a house of cards.

You can bounce back, adjust and change course along the way.

In all honesty–the ‘leap and correct it later’ method is how it works for the most part, or at least in my experience.

After ten years I’m still writing and doing business.

Still getting thank yous from the people I am helping and serving.

Still paying bills with this gift I give the world, and having fun along the way.

I owe my consistency as a writer and entrepreneur to

Making the leap.

Learning through experience.

Adjusting and correcting course

all. the. time.

I have seen many of my clients and others hold back,

because they aren’t certain, and that means they get less done.

Or they disappear.

No idea what they are doing because it never actually got done.

And maybe that is better for them, I cannot judge.

It really just depends on What YOU Want.

Note: I am not here to be an English teacher and chide anyone for being behind.

It’s not my vibe, I don’t do that.

I just want to point out whatever is needed to help you get what you want.

The biggest critic we need to deal with is our own.

If you are feeling a twinge of judgment, tell your inner critic:

Whatever happened before in the past happened exactly as it had to–as it was meant to.

But it doesn’t mean you can’t create a plot twist today.

If you don’t like how the past has added up in terms of results for you, your writing or your business,

maybe it is time to just start throwing some spaghetti against the wall.

Try something different.

Maybe.

You could try it a little and see how it goes.

At the end of the day I DO believe that you are here to help someone in a win-win way.

It’s my purpose to help you to shine.

I do not do that by rubbing your nose in mistakes.

I don’t even call them a mistake.

It felt right yesterday, so really, who can call it that?

Things are either what happened yesterday, or what’s going down today.

Is today the day where you can make some kind of move beyond thinking about your project?

Even if it doesn’t look like traditional writing?

-Dedicate your yoga to the project.

-EFT Tap through feelings about it

-Hire someone to help you

-Go to your journal and write about whatever you feel about it or what holds you back

-Meditate on how it would feel to break through to the other side of your completed project and all the benefits that would have for you

-Read testimonials or remember times you helped someone so you feel like your work or message matters.

I use these things as a regular part of my practice and use tools like this with my clients who are not sure what to do.

I have recorded over 40+ videos on different ways to work with your project when things are uncertain. These are in my video vault.

I have all kinds of tools to tap into your creative genius (i.e. your inner mermaid) so you can create in a way that flows.

You can get access to that immediately when you sign up for the next summer live group.

You will also get 1:1 support to help you through tricky moments like knowing when it is time to hold back and when to make a move.

Life is sometimes easier with someone else to help you figure things out.

I am here to support you in whatever works for you and your projects not to pass judgment.

Hope this got something stirring for you today!

The thing sensitive people need to know…

Sensitive?

What if it is not your personality…but the way your body is?

If you are afraid to push publish and share something you care about…

it may not be because you are ‘soft’.I teach compassion!

And help sensitive entrepreneurs move forward so they can write and share their work with more people.

It is possible but a lot easier when you GET what I am talking about:sensitivity comes from your physical body alerting you strongly about safety threats, not merely a personality trait.

Let me know if you have questions!

Layer 4: An Uncertain Place

There is something different about this blog compared to any others in this series on activating your writing vision to know what to write:

I used to know what I would say a week ahead of time.

I wrote up my emails ahead of time in a nice juicy draft.

Last week, I moved to a new apartment down the street in Madison, WI.

My head became a sieve.

This letter came in drips and drabs, while the previous ones came out in a torrent.

The truth is that sometimes when when I sit down to write,

I do not know what to say entirely.

There are moments of uncertainty.

As much as I may have a system at this point that helps me to remain highly consistent in communicating to my peeps,

Even during huge periods of life change,

I can still be at a loss. I can still have struggle.

I can still have UNCERTAINTY.

I say that good writing is about making decisions–

Which is why not being certain and not making decisions, feels like a problem.

If writing something good is about making decisions,

then does not making clear, quick decisions mean that you are not a good writer?

Procrastinating, stalling…

I want to address this topic in this blog.

In almost 10 years of supporting entrepreneurs, writers and change-makers to write, I’ve noticed a pattern.

People get very hard on themselves for not knowing exactly what to do next all of the time.

Miss a single beat and it’s like the inner critic has a field day.

If you are feeling tired and want to rest, it’s like suddenly you are going to lose all your progress.

If you didn’t work on your writing, you suck.

NO!!

If you are overwhelmed and don’t know what to do next, the inner critic starts overwhelming you even more!

By adding judgment to the situation.

But it’s really helpful because it makes you want to write more….

Not really.

I think the point is to write from a place of understanding your value and respecting your uniqueness.

That way you will create writing that has this message and you will more easily convey it to the people you want to speak to.

Then they will listen to what you say and see the value in your message and your work.

How can self-judgment be a good tool to accelerate this process?

Although I do coach writers and entrepreneurs on how to make progress writing, I am not your English teacher.

I am not here to wave fingers in your face and tell you that you are behind.

There is no F I will assign you.

That is what scars people for life!

If I were to do that, you may never write again!!

Let’s remove the charge behind the word, ‘behind.’

BEHIND.

BEHIND.

BEHIND.

I blow raspberries at this concept.

Sooooooooo many people, including myself, waste even more time feeling bad about how slow they are at doing things.

The truth is that it does not matter any more what happened yesterday, there is only today.

And sometimes procrastination is because of being undecided about how to do something.

You are waiting on making a decision,

Refraining from making a determination,

Which, yes, to some eyes can look like procrastinating

Like a bad child in grade school…

[By the way–was that child ‘bad’?

Maybe they needed help to do their homework, or love or support or understanding?

I feel for that kid…]

It is more complicated than bad or good.

Rarely is it as simple as blaming you as ‘bad’ or ‘lazy’. It is more complex than that.

My private clients and I dig into this and their situations.

All my coaching evidence that says that not writing is for a reason,

a much more INTERESTING reason…

A reason such as a lack of certainty, or a lack of information.

Maybe a heaping of B.S. learned from an English teacher…

And if you think about it, in life, sometimes it works in your favor to wait!

You waited on buying something, and then lo and behold someone could end up giving it to you for free.

You decided other things had to come first, and then that thing on the end of the list ends up not even mattering.

You never felt like pulling the trigger on a project until all of a sudden you get the inspiration that made the whole thing so much better…

Have any of those things happened to you?

Fun things are more likely to happen if you do not beat yourself up about being undecided.

To me procrastinating = being undecided.

Miracles might happen if:

you do not judge yourself for being slow

you stay curious and listen to yourself.

Now without judgment–let me say that there are some situations where it can be helpful to be uncertain and act anyway.

This is a hard thing to talk about because every situation is so individual.

That is why I love being able to support writers and entrepreneurs in my online group program where I have one-on-one support.

There are 7 live zoom Q&As and weekly voxer support built in for 6 months starting in June.

It’s a place where you can get support on whatever is not moving forward, so you can get clear on what to do next. Or when to wait and prioritize something else, instead.

You’ll also get instant access to the video vault where there is an entire 7 part journey about making decisions from the last live class, with exercises you can do one your own.

It is coming!

I’m putting the sign up page together next week to help you decide if you’d like to join in.

You’ll be able to start digging into that content asap to tap into your inner genius and know what is important to you to do now!

But for today, know that no matter what judgment does not help.

Judgment is not your inner mermaid speaking.

Your inner genius loves you and is understanding.

Her advice rings with a totally different vibe, and when you feel her talking, it’s not going to be like a scolding.

Know that just because you have taken some time to do something

Or you don’t know something

does not necessarily mean you are doing anything wrong.

Sometimes things have divine timing.

Sometimes things unfold in ways we did not expect.

Maybe you had a good reason.

Stay open and curious when you don’t know what to say, and what to write!

And stay loving.

I will be talking about uncertainty more in the next blog!

And if you want to take all of this deeper with me, I invite you to stay tuned about the upcoming summer workshop series!
