Why do I recommend that people work with angels? What can Angels have to do with real life, and how can they help people like us?
I highly recommend asking and thanking angels for their help in all challenging situations, and to help you achieve your dreams,
I’m an angel-enthusiast!
Here’s why:
Although I’ve written many articles about angels in my columns for Silent Voices UK and the Quantum Success Magazine, I’ve never posted it about them on my blog before!

Five years ago I never would have imagined that my days would begin with a prayer to the angels. All I knew of angels were from paintings, stained glass windows, or Christmas tree decorations. The idea that angels might serve a practical and profound purpose had never crossed my mind. They were a nice idea, but not my thing. Personally I’ve always been drawn to New Age topics, fantasy heroines and big ideas. Originally angels seemed stuffy and old fashioned to me, maybe even cheesy, but as I learned more, I began to see them with new eyes.
Now Angels are my partners in life. They keep me safe, and help to raise the vibration of my home. I ask them for guidance, for answers, for healing, for hope and happiness, and for the many desires I hold in my heart. I even ask angels to watch over my loved ones, and to bring global peace and healing. I ask them to help me keep my computer running, and my car safe as I drive. I ask them to bless the homeless or people in need. I love the idea of these radiant beings and I’ll admit now that I believe they change my reality for the better.
Angels will always assist you when you ask for their help–but you have to ask. So why not ask?
I’ve worked with all kinds of divine beings–what I call faces of the divine–and I find that Gods, and Goddesses are listening, but they work in overarching, mysterious and sometimes long-term ways. You don’t need to be Christian or anything like that to receive their help, either.
Since I discovered working with angels several years ago as I became certified as a Six Sensory Practitioner by Sonia Choquette, I’ve been asking for their presence in this life almost every day.
Angels are by their nature emissaries and messengers between humans and Source. They make it easy to receive assistance and work almost immediately at times.
If you are afraid of a car crash, experiencing sharp pain or need help in that very moment–call on an angel! They work FAST.
That’s one of the reasons I love working with angels. It works. Try it for yourself.
Personally I love experiencing little bits of magic, miracles and synchronicities through out the day. I’m googling repeating numbers or “Angel numbers” whenever I see repeating license plates, getting little encouragements and hints to guide me. And I’m getting help in so many ways.
One of my favorite angels to call upon is Archangel Raffael– angel of healers and healing. As I say in my article,
Archangel Raffael can heal anything. However, the scope of Raffael’s ability to heal is much greater than the anatomical body—Raffael can heal emotions, heal the heart, heal our connection to the divine, and heal things I can only best describe as “messed up situations.” I have called on him daily for over a year now, and oh how I have healed—and so has my life….
Know that Raffael can heal everything and the Archangel is a master of instantly working to create changes that support the unfolding of your life lessons. This is a part of your life purpose, and when you are in line with your purpose that is healing to the world. Angel Raffael loves you so much that vibrational bursts of love stream directly to the deepest reaches of your heart and soul when you call on this angel—even the parts that you cannot love, but you have to decide and choose to feel it. If you do not love yourself, then you are not loving a part of creation reflection in everyone and everything else around you. Raffael brings wholeness.
Several days ago I was introduced to a young woman seeking many answers on spiritual topics.
One of her questions was how get in touch with her intuition, which I love talking about, but also she asked if she did open up to spiritual energies, how to protect herself from darker things, which she called “entities,” or “fallen angels.”
We were talking about sensing spirits, something I know a lot about as a medium. As my personal service, I go to my local graveyard a lot to have a nice walk as well as bless and assist anybody who got stuck and is ready to move on. Mentally I invite the spirits to talk to angels about their next destination. But she was asking if I was worried about picking up something bad.
I’m a very positive person. I told her I really don’t worry about that kind of stuff–I just call on Archangel Michael. If I’m ever scared or concerned, I call on him to protect me. He takes care of all that. I always have him protect my car as I drive, and my home, just to be safe.
I’ll soon be delivering a new article on him to my publishers (so keep an eye out *wink*)
All my articles contain sample prayers or scripts to enlist the help of the angels. That way you can try asking and seeing what you receive from the angels yourself.
Here’s a prayer for you to receive protection and guidance from Archangel Michael:
“Archangel Michael, thank you for being in my life to help me, guide me and keep me safe on the path of my life purpose. Thank you for helping me to be of service to others and my highest good. Thank you for protecting me, my home, my loved ones and our vehicles by clearing away any inappropriate or uncomfortable heavy energies that do not serve. I am open to receiving guidance, words of wisdom and advice as well as new opportunities that will bring me closer to my true divine life purpose. This or something better for the highest good of all life. Blessed be/Amen/And So it Is/Aho.”
