What Iโ€™velearned this year is that even though it is correct that bad things happen, it isnโ€™t always mentally healthy to fixate on that.

Optimism has a place.

โ€‹

But how can you be positive when youโ€™ve seen bad things happen or have very real risks of more bad things happening in the future?

Here are my thoughts on it.

When life gets you down it is easy to give up. Donโ€™t.
โ€‹
Iโ€™ve been around the block and have some advice to give that will lift you up.
โ€‹
โ€‹
โ€‹And I want to share the biggest mistake people make in dealing with stressful or difficult situations, and what to do instead.
