I know I know!
Over the last month, I, Sofia Wren, have such huge breakthroughs I can’t brag about it any more without letting you in on my secret– the secret that got me singing in front of 140 people like I mentioned last week, that helped me double my sales this month (2x any other month in my 2.5 years in biz) and helped me get cracking on my novel– I wrote 15 pages in two days, did a ton of rearranging in a week and had full manuscript in readers hands by the end of a week. Took me two years of teasing them but I finally just slammed it together and handed my baby over for feedback like it wasn’t that hard. But it was. And wasn’t.
I found the answer– a way to make it easier to accomplish your heart’s desire!
While all of us are different, in some ways we are all the same.

That’s right– the reason why we can’t actually tackle our goal is because behind each little accomplishment is a huge mountain of meaning, emotion and pressure to get it right. We have to get clarity on that, deal with that and get it out of the way for things to get easier.
