If you are looking for guidance and support, I offer 1-on-1 Spiritual Direction sessions.
I work with many people who are spiritual, or non-religious and don’t fit in a box neatly.
Why Spiritual Direction?
Previous clients have wanted to do Spiritual Direction together to:
- Find clarity or direction on what to do

- Find inspiration for creating
- Find the strength to use your voice
- Be more self-expressed
What does Spiritual Direction look like?
First, we connect to see if we are a fit. I will ask you questions to see what you are looking for and if you have intentions for what you’d like to work on. Then, if it feels right we can discuss the price and how often sessions will occur. Sometimes I like to take a moment of silence to listen to myself, and ask that you do as well, so we can make the most appropriate decisions together.
When we meet, we will check in to see how you are and if you have anything that calls to you for discussion or exploration. I’ll also bring anything up that I feel called for us to explore, and you can choose if you’d like to dive into that as well.
We may be primarily having a conversation, or we may do some other things as the session continues on. We may stop to have some moments of silence. We may work with some tools like meditation, Tapping, the Tarot, and the Akashic Records. I will share other things I think will help you in the conversation, and ask you additional questions to help you find your own inspiration.
By the end of the session, you will have ideas of things that you feel called to work with between the session and the next. I will ask you about this and perhaps suggest additional ideas. Follow your intuition about what feels right for you!
What it is not intended to be: These conversations are not meant to be full out intuitive readings where I tell you everything I think about your life questions. That is a different kind of session.
Spiritual Direction sessions are interactive. I have intuitive abilities that I have honed for many years, but I want to use them as a channel to help you connect more deeply to your purpose and power.
You use the session to move more deeply onto your unique spiritual path.

About me and my spiritual path:
You don’t need to have the same spirituality or practices as me to do Spiritual Direction together, but you might like to know more about my point of view.
- I’m witchy and have been drawn to goddess myths, witches, earth mommas, tarot, and magic since I was eight.
- Nature inspires me.
- I believe in duality: life has ups and downs, and things aren’t necessarily good or bad. Life is so complex that all rules (that I can think of) hold an exception.
- Inspiration is holy! I believe it can lead in the creative and entrepreneurial process.
- I like how Buddhists can sit with nonresistance to suffering.
- I’ve survived loss, trauma, emotional abuse, and confusing feelings about my sexuality so I know what it’s like to deal with hard things happening in your life. Sometimes a difficult event is random, sometimes it’s a way to learn or heal.
- I like manifesting and positive psychology, but I also love things so deep, real, and raw that I cry.
- I think sex can be sacred, yes including the nonvanilla or missionary kind!
- I like how Jesuits sit with silence and listen. We often do this for a few minutes in my sessions.
- I have an M.A. in Spiritual Care and Spiritual Direction from Loyola, which involved practical experience with spiritual directors and giving direction to others.
- I also have a Wiccan High Priestess First Degree from Sacred Mists, where I studied for two years.
- I also have a host of certifications, and practical experience as a life coach, Tapping facilitator, reiki practitioner, and intuitive reader using cards, chakra readings, mediumship, and the Akashic Records.
- I’ve had many spiritual teachers, certifications and a graduate degree BUT I consider my inner voice to be my most important education. Yours is too! And I want to help you hear your individual guidance more clearly so you can live a deeply meaningful life.
Spiritual Direction sessions cost between $80-$150 an hour.
I require a minimum of 3 months, occuring at least one session a month.
This three month period is a trial to see if we are a good fit together for further mentorship.
In my experience, consistent contact for 8 to 18 months is the optimum time to get a beautiful and deep transformation in your life.

Why the price range?
Prices are determined after we have a conversation and are based on factors such as: the relationship we have, what else is going on in my schedule to determine availability, how often you’d like to meet, what you are able to pay, and what feels right for the situation.
